Privacy Policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
Short version: we collect what we need to build your website and bill you, we never sell it, and you can ask us to see or delete it anytime.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, email, business name, what your business does, your current website, your style preferences, and the project details you send after checkout (phone, address or service area, hours, services, links to your logo and photos).
- Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We see your name, email and what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data: our host may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site fast.
- Ad measurement (only if turned on): we may use the Meta Pixel and Google tags to see which ads bring visitors. These tools can set cookies and collect device and browsing information as described in their own policies.
How we use it
- To build, launch, host and update your website.
- To send you project updates, receipts and answers to your questions.
- To bill your plan and prevent fraud.
- To understand which of our ads work, if ad measurement is turned on.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the business: Stripe (payments), Web3Forms (delivers form submissions to our inbox), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and, if turned on, Meta and Google (ad measurement). We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep project and billing records for as long as you are a client and as long as the law requires afterward for tax and accounting. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
Your choices
- Email us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized ads in your Meta and Google account settings.
- We respond to requests within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Big changes affecting clients get an email.
